Trust me, I get it. Planning amazing meetings, events and retreats is not an easy task. 

That's why I'm here to help you through the process.

I've created options below, perfect for you, no matter what type of event you're planning.

You have enough to do building your business and your brand so let me help you by doing what I do best, helping you navigate the world of Intensives, events and retreats.


Intensive Package

Imagine a poolside or waterfront location. A day spa and then an evening intensive coaching session with aspiring female entrepreneurs from across the world. Your own slice of paradise to combine the self care you need as a busy entrepreneur, with your favorite past-time - watching others succeed!

If you're a super successful coach that's strapped for time or a coach looking to hold their first retreat/ event/ day intensive, then this intensive offering is exactly what you need! I'm here to ensure that you are able to grow your business by holding five star events - even on a tight budget!

  • Hotel search based on your style, needs and budget for up to 3 venues
  • Details regarding each venue.
  • Reserving your chosen location 
  • Additional 1 hour consultation to finalize details

Option A

 
  • Location and hotel research based on your style, needs and budget for up to five venues.
  • Evaluation of food and beverage offerings to ensure they fall within your budget.
  • Outlined comparison for you to review that will break down all pertinent details. 
  • Details regarding each venue.
 
 

 

Option B

 
  • Everything included in option A.
  • Budget assistance. Working with you & the venue with menu selection and or planning.
  • Assistance with flow and timing of meeting or event.
  • Standard outside vendor research:  transportation, florist, equipment rental.

Option C

  • Everything included in options A & B.
  • Working with you on all the details from the start of the program through the completion of the program.
  • Onsite assistance to include, but not limited to, the following
    meeting with the venue's staff to review meeting specifics, goals and agenda, acting as the meeting liaison for the venue staff, the meeting participants, the speakers and you, confirming audio-visual set-up as per your specifications,
    managing food and beverage set-up and menu.
    supervising the clean-up and break-down of the meeting area
  • All outside vendor research and contract negotiation, including entertainment and outside activities.
  • Reservation assistance for any guests attending your meeting.
  • Act as the go between with the hotel and other vendors throughout the planning and through the actual event process.
